Chiryl Santander a BSIE student graduated as Cum Laude from Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College. She was also chosen as Most Outstanding College Graduate: a recepient of the IWAG Award given by the Public Information Agency, Region VI: Outstanding Student Teacher & VLP Leadership award.
