The Miagao Association of California Los Angeles
Chapter (MACLA) sponsors scholarship to students enrolling in courses leading to
a bachelor's degree at Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College.
To qualify
in this scholarship, the applicant must comply with the following
requirements: High School graduate who will be first year college by next school
year, parents must be a Miagaowanon, must have a good moral character and
personality, must submit an application form and must maintain a GPA of 85% and
higher to keep the scholarship. The MACLA benefactors are Miagaowanons residing
in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties in

The committee on
scholarship reviews all application forms and the result is released through the
