I asked for more information about this on San Francisco's old website & i received a response from Raynard Frantilla. This is what he had to say:

   Hey Carl,
As far as I know the dinner dance will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville. Its right off the Bay Bridge about 5 miles from SF. Jerome Molejona is the organizer so you should try to give him a call or whatever.

I just received more info from Jerome. I will also post the info in the section that is available to the public/members.

Carl,

Tickets will be $50.00. Please get a headcount of people attending from MACLA. Venue will be in Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville , CA .  Nearest airport is Oakland International Airport .  I will follow-up with room reservation info.  Tickets will also follow in the next week.

Hi Carl,

I can post a banner on our MiagaoLA homepage of the November Dance if we can confirm the following:

1) Date (Nov. 23??)

2) Time (??)

3) Point of contact at MAC-LA who will be collecting the cash and handing out the tickets.

 

Also, anybody knows if there's going to be a fund raising for this event or if there's going to be "Queen"?

I emailed Jerome back with those questions & he said that the date is what it always has been, the day after Thanksgiving w/c is the 23rd of November (Friday). He didn't mention the time but its probably the same as always...6 pm until 7 pm..registration with no host bar...and then Dinner at around 730 pm...and since there is no Coronation, it might be just a few speeches from the SF group & entertainment during dinner..then dancing all night long...

I asked Jerome as to who their officers were & he said: We don’t have a formal set of officers.  Girlie, Edna Casteel and I are acting as the default coordinators.
