- Chino, CA. Sept. 22, 2007: The Fiesta at Prado Regional Park started with a beautiful mass and with uplifting gospel music in the background to celebrate the feast in honor of Miagao's Patron St. Thomas of Villanueva. The mass was followed by a potluck lunch brought in by the members of the MAC-LA Association which included 2 lechons and many, many traditional Filipino dishes. The guests were treated with a song by Regina and a flute recital by Deshaun. The MAC-LA officers even entertained the guest with their own rendition of the popular Filipino gameshow, Wowowee. The day turned out to be quite an event for all to remember.

- This year's camping at Prado Regional Park was a successful event for all. The camping overlooked a lovely lake. The kids had much fun playing with each other and also at the water park not too far away from the camp ground. Participants all contributed to the event by donating time, food, drinks, and their company to make the event a success. The event started on Friday 7/6/07 and finished on Sunday 7/8/07. This was the first major event coordinated by the new MAC-LA officers. Congrats for the fun-filled event.
